  LIARS! CROOKS! Not even renting through them, and THANK GOD I did not. Darlene Pridemore is a liar and a thief. She claimed to have denied my significant other and I's application based on credit and a negative rental reference.. Which both were found to be flat out LIES! First off, I realized my credit still had a freeze on it from when my wallet was stolen... THEREFORE she could NOT have run my credit report, THEREFORE could not deny me based on credit.. As far as the negative remarks from our current landlord, I call my landlord to verify the claim by Darlene, and found out THAT WAS A LIE TOO! Come to find out, she then lied to my realtor as well, when my realtor ALREADY KNEW that she did not have my credit report. Once called out about it, she puttered around and then admitted to not having my report and offered to refund my application fee.. 2 days later, she is know REFUSING to refund it because "they offered to re-run my credit since I lifted the freeze.." Umm.. WHAT MAKES YOU THINK I WOULD EVEN CONSIDER RENTING THROUGH YOU NOW?!?! Apparently Darlene Pridemore has a longstanding history of this, and I will find a way to bring to light the SCAM she is running, and how SHADY this place of "business" is!! DO NOT RENT THROUGH THEM IF YOU DON'T LIKE THROWING MONEY AWAY!
