Check out the RPA (rental protection agency) to see his negative review! he STOLE 1275 refused to return one penny even after I offered to have him take 300 for a paperwork processing fee! the money didnt even go to the owner like it was supposed to it went into his pocket.. DO NOT go through this man! he is not honest and has you sign paperwork before you even agree to take the property! hes kept his business going for over 30 years by stealing from people who dont know any better Shame on him!By Sylvia H, March 15, 2018
